Although we hope infrequent, service cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. To cancel your customer’s service, please notify us at email@example.com or directly through the Freshdesk support portal and include the following information.
- Practice Name
- Practice Identifier (your unique ID for the practice) or Vetdata Serial / InstallationId
- Optional identifiers like Address, Phone, etc.
We will disable the service as quickly as possible. The cancellation will be effective on the date the notification is received by partner installs. Please note that you will be billed for the month that the cancellation is received.
