To cancel your customer’s service, please notify us at techops@vetdata.com or directly through the Freshdesk support portal and include the following information:


  • * Vetdata InstallationId/Serial or Practice Identifier (your unique ID for the practice)
  • Practice Name
  • Optional identifiers like Address, Phone, etc.

We will disable the service as quickly as possible, but this is a manual step taken by agents. For this reason, we request bulk disables at the end of the month are sent to us at least 1 business day in advance, rather than the final business day of the month, and certainly not within the last hour of the business day.


Please note that you will be billed for the month that the cancellation is received.
