The FollowUps lists the pending follow ups (may be known as "callbacks" in some PMS) for the practice. Note that only future dated Follow-ups are converted.
Some PIMS have a unique code for each type of follow up. If it exists, the FollowUpCode file would list each unique FollowUpCode with the description. This file is not
