How to Sign Up
- Browse to https://vetdata.freshdesk.com/support/home
- In the top right corner, click Sign up
- Enter your full name and email address and click Register
- You will receive an email that will enable you to set your password
- Some documentation is tied to Company association. This must be done manually by a Vetdata agent, so contact your representative for assistance.
How to Log In
- Browse to https://vetdata.freshdesk.com/support/home
- In the top right corner, click Customer Login
- Enter your email and password then click Login
- Once you have signed in, you will be able to access Vetdata documentation and resources
How to Reset Password
- Browse to https://vetdata.freshdesk.com/support/home
- In the top right corner, click Customer Login
- Click the "I forgot my password?" link
- Enter your email address and click Reset My Password
