Start Requisition

A linked code must be added to the patient’s invoice by any invoicing method. This includes Patient Processing, Clinic Census, Travel Sheets, and linked products in Medical Records. It is not necessary to complete the invoice.

From the All or Link tab of the patient medical history, double click on the test item. In the next window, you will have the option to display the attached file.
